Position: New England Sales Representative

AnVil Informatics, Inc., is looking for a sales representative to sell to our data exploration solutions to biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies in the New England territory. The ideal candidate must:

  • have 4+ years selling technical scientific products into the genomics, bioinformatics, and/or cheminformatics, groups within biotechs and pharmas in the New England region.

  • demonstrate the ability to develop customer relatonships at the VP level within these biotech and pharma customers.

  • must hold a minimum BS degree in Biology, Chemistry, Mathematics or related field.

  • be a self-starter, with strong presentation, demonstration, written and oral communication skills.

  • have strong computer skills. Must be fluent in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

  • be able to travel to customer facilities within the New England region, as well as travel outside of the New England region on a limited basis, when required.

  • enjoy the challenges and rewards of working in a start-up company.
