AnVil Informatics, Inc. and Moldyn, Inc. form marketing collaboration to jointly provide their software and services to Pharmaceutical and Biotechnology Companies

Lowell, MA -- AnVil Informatics, Inc. and Moldyn, Inc., have signed an agreement to jointly market AnVil's data mining and visualization capabilities and Moldyn's expertise in algorithmic tools and systems integration. By combining AnVil's extensive data mining and visualization ingenuity with Moldyn's innovative algorithm solutions to complex computational problems, the team will be able to provide customers with more comprehensive and integrated solutions.

Under the terms of agreement, AnVil and Moldyn will collaborate on certain consulting and product development projects that can benefit from the integration of each other's unique expertise. AnVil and Moldyn will also conduct joint sales presentations and seminars when appropriate, link products and services information on each other's website, and have joint presence at trade shows.
