Director of Software Development
Reports to: Chief Technology Officer

The successful candidate will manage a team of programmers building state of the art data visualization and analysis software for the Life Sciences. Responsibilities include software architecture, quality practices, and schedules, as well as interacting regularly with customers, sales and internal users to create the best possible product.

Required Skills:

• B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• 4+ years successfully managing software teams delivering products with C++ and Java on Microsoft platforms
  
• Strong experience with various client server models
  

Preferred Experience:

• Experience with data analysis and visualization software
• Experience creating scientific software for the Life Science community
