We are providing bioinformatics data mining, analysis and visualization services to the leading pharmaceutical, biotechnology and genomics companies. In the delivery of our services, we use proprietary bioinformatics software tools, customized to our client needs and requirements. We are looking for a team player that thrives in a start-up environment, knows software development, and is a creative and individual thinker that can find patterns in complex datasets. Knowledge of machine learning techniques such as clustering and classifying is important as well as algorithms and programming languages such as Perl, Java and C++.

The ideal candidate would have also visualization, statistics and Bioinformatics experience.

Required Skills:

• Minimum 2 years software design/development experience
  
• BS in CS/EE or equivalent
  
• Experience in C++, Perl, Java or Python
  
• SQL and RDBMS experience
